The ANC awards grants of up to $1,000 per applicant per year to nonprofit organizations. Criteria for selection include whether the funds will be used to aid residents or organizations in the Adams Morgan ANC's geographic area, whether the persons served by the grant have limited income or opportunity to obtain the services or goods provided for in the grant, and the number of persons served.  Please note that ANC 1C does not accept grant applications or award grants for the first three months or last three months of an ANC term (hence, no grant applications will be considered in January, February, or March 2011 or in October, November, and December 2012. Please read the grant guidelines and application and ensure your application is complete prior to submission.

• Publicizing the Availability of Social Services to the Community
